    The only negative was the wait time but we weren't in a real hurry. NOTE FROM PATENT AWARDS: Thank you for letting us know that it would have been nice if your patent plaque arrived sooner! We do have a 10 day lead time guarantee and it looks like your order shipped exactly on the 10th day. Plus there is the 4-5 days for transit to your state so I can see how it felt like a long time. To help with this I have added a note in your account to ship sooner whenever possible for future orders. This should make future orders arrive a little sooner for you. :)
