USPS Priority Mail For APO/FPO and nondeliverable street addresses
USPS Priority Mail is available for U.S. customers who cannot provide a carrier-deliverable street address and for APO/FPO addresses. Estimated transit time is two to three days.
USPS shipments are charged an additional $20 above the applicable FedEx Ground rate .

If something is wrong with your order, contact us so we can help resolve the problem.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging in case the carrier needs to inspect it. Contact us so we can file the shipping claim and arrange replacement of the damaged item.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Returns should be sent in their original packaging using an insured carrier. Patent Awards is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Pack the Items
Securely pack the returned items and invoice in the original packaging when possible. If different packaging is used, carefully protect every item from shipping damage.

Use an Insured Carrier
Send the package using the insured carrier of your choice and retain your tracking information until the return has been processed.
Refunds
Patent Awards can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from us. To receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once the return is received and processed, we will notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven days of receiving the return.
