Shipping
All patent plaques and frames ship within 10 business days or less of order receipt. To determine the approximate time it will take to receive your plaque, please add the 10 processing days to the days in transit. For example, if you are shipping to the United Kingdom, you would estimate arrival in 10 (processing) + 2-5 (shipping) or 12-15 business days total due to use of FedEx International service.

For those in the United States who can not provide a deliverable street address and those shipping to APO/FPO addresses, we will ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail (2-3 days transit). You will be charged an additional $20 over the FedEx Ground rates shown for the continental United States.

All of our IP Recognition Awards ship out of Warsaw, Indiana. Below is a Ground Transit map for you to see the estimated number of transit days your awards will take to arrive once we have shipped them. We ship all awards within 10 business days after receiving your order.
Shipping Damage
If your order was damaged in shipping, please retain the packaging in case the carrier wants to inspect the damaged item. Please contact us via the most convenient method so we can file a shipping claim and arrange to replace your damaged item(s).
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to correct the problem. Please contact us via the most convenient method and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Returns should be sent via an insured carrier in their original packaging for protection. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Packaging Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in a few easy steps.
1. Pack the items to be returned along with the invoice securely in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, you may use different packaging. Please be sure to protect all items from shipping damage as we can not be responsible for items damaged in shipping if not packed properly.

Refunds
Patent Awards can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. To ensure a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return.
