    I ordered a modern cover patent plaque about 10 years ago, and everyone who saw it was impressed and thought it was beautifully made. So when I received another patent, I of course went back to PatentAwards. I filled out the info to the best of my knowledge, but didn't know what type of wood I'd ordered the last time, so I guessed at it. Amazingly, after I placed the order, I got an email only about an hour later saying, "you ordered from us before, but last time you ordered a different wood." Wow! I didn't even think my account would still be there after all this time! (I hadn't even tried to sign in.) Kudos to their customer service, and they make a great product, too!
