5. Enter your patent number.
6. Choose whether you would like to have the Patent Assignee (if applicable) appear on your award or not. The Assignee is usually the name of the company that applied for the patent. Individual patents may not have an Assignee listed.
7. Change the quantity as needed and add your award to the cart.
